Ingredients:

  • 2 cucumber (with peel left on)
  • 1 large banana
  • 4 ripe kiwis
  • 1 small handful of parsley
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 apple (Optional)
  • 1 small handful of cilantro
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled

Preparation

  1. Purée everything together in a blender until very smooth. Everything should be evenly incorporated. Serve immediately.

Some important tips:
1. Add some ice to the blender.
2. Make it thicker by using yogurt.
3. Add different fruits (best options are mango and peach because they don’t mess up the green color of the smoothie).
4. Add chia seeds, honey, ground flax, protein powder, etc.
